Mandi founded Babyology, Australia’s largest digital publisher for parents. With a social media following of 1.2 million Facebook fans. Mandi has always loved business and launched a cookie company at 23, a relocation business at 25, and Babyology at 29, which was successfully acquired in 2018. Mandi is an expert on juggling work and family life and the pressures faced by working mums, the modern myth of “having it all” and the fine line that exists between maintaining a professional career and achieving job satisfaction while still finding the flexibility to raise a family. Mandi was named one of Australia’s Top 50 Female Entrepreneurs Under 40 and was also named as a finalist in the NSW Telstra Business Awards. She is passionate about the climate crisis and is an advisor for Climate Salad, a start-up supporting Climate Tech businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
